Consultations: durations and fees
Ordinary individual consultations
60 minutes : CHF 120.- (adults)
45 minutes: CHF 90.- (children and adults)
30 minutes: CHF 60.- (children)

Adults: The first session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes : CHF 120.- to CHF 180.-
Children: The first session can last up to 60 minutes: CHF 120.-

Number of sessions
While some situations can be solved in one session, a normal course of treatment takes between 4 and 6 sessions. Sessions are generally held on a weekly or sometimes fortnightly basis. In some cases, in agreement with the client or their doctor, a treatment can exceed 6 sessions and extend on a longer period than three months.
Exceptional individual consultation for smoking cessation
Depending on how long you have been a smoker and how many cigarettes a day you smoke, the therapy will take between two and five 90-minute sessions. They are held on a weekly basis and cost CHF 200.- each.
Our smoking cessation consultations cannot be associated or merged with nutrition consultations. As such they are, in principle, entirely and directly paid by the client, possibly with their supplemental insurance. Prices vary depending on the location of the course and size of the group involved.

Insurance

In principle, most nutritional consultations based on medical prescriptions are covered by the basic health insurance package. These include recourse to hypnosis.

The following nutrition-related cases are not, in general, covered by the basic insurance contracts but may be considered by supplemental insurance:

children's overweight and obesity

adults' overweight (BMI up to 25)

situations of nutritional imbalance due to particular choices or practices (vegetarianism, veganism, etc.)

interest for a balanced diet (family, couple, senior, etc.)

Our hypnotherapy consultations, offered by an acknowledged therapist (ASCA), are covered by some supplemental insurance products.
NB: Before contacting us about any of the aforementioned situations, please ascertain from your Insurance company that the consultation is covered by your supplemental insurance contract.
Frequently Asked Questions
​Do I have to believe in it for it to work ?
Not necessarily. You are expected to be well-disposed, willing and ready to commit yourself to the process or to the change that you are hoping for. In virtue of this, hypnosis does not contradict your religious, political or philosophical commitments.

Do I have to prepare myself in a particular way to the hypnosis session?
​No. You will be given all the information that you need at the beginning of the first session.

​I am currently undergoing medical treatment. Can I still benefit from hypnosis?
​Yes, unless your doctor recommends otherwise. Hypnosis can advantageously accompany your medical treatment by helping you to integrate or reinforce its benefits, or to avoid or lessen possible unpleasant side effects.

How do I pay for the consultation ?
When the consultation is part of a medical prescription for Diet and Nutrition-linked problems (see the box on the left), the Dietitian's bill will be sent to your insurance. For all other consultations you will be informed before an appointment is made, and expected to pay directly in cash at the end of each session.

Do I receive a receipt as proof of my payment?
Whenever you make a payment at the end of each consultation, you will be given a bill or receipt
Exceptionally, you may be given a bill and payment slip that will allow you to pay within a fixed period.

If the consultation is covered by your supplemental insurance, you will have to send them the bill or receipt, which will allow you to be reimbursed according to the terms of your contract.
